Smoked Haddock and Watercress and Stilton and Walnut.

Lazy Sunday lunches with gorgeous company are one of my favourite pastimes. (esp followed by a bank holiday to ease me back into the week!)

I haven’t eaten a roulade in a very long time and what a treat from Maggie. A perfectly cooked, soft, eggy pillow that melted in your mouth around a creamy filling. Good god good!

Richard made a yummy chocolate and prune cake with cream, prune and Armagnac to sit along side Maggies Eton Mess. Good times!

Idle fingers with cork and foil!………
We ate and drank all day then ended up at a favourite Cheshire St boozer, The Carpenters Arms for more wine, great chat and great chips…………
