Diana Henry shares her favourite restaurant meals for Stella. Stella Magazine today 10 October 2010 I styled the food for the shoot. Gorgeous shots by Yuki Sugiura and inspired styling by Elfreda Pownall.

……and here is a pic I took, that I cooked and styled, for the shoot of the Winter Aioli Diana craves.


The pate recipe Diana gives, (Chicken Liver Pate with Mushroom Carpaccio from the Sportsman in Whitstable) was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The unusual addition of a touch of coffee liquer really works and pushes the pate flavour.
