Rhubarb Relish, Tzatziki and crispy flatbread

Daniel’s pre birthday barbecue at Kate’s gorgeous new pad, saw us all out in the garden for a tasty barbecue.

My rhubarb relish, as Glyn and I realised, was quite a brilliant partner with the crispy flatbread and Yas’s Tzatziki….

A bit like a European version of poppadums, mint yoghurt and mango chutney.

Tzatziki

Greek yoghurt, (Though I’m guessing Yas would like me to say Turkish Yoghurt.) chopped/snipped mint, peeled and sliced cucumber and salt and pepper.
