It’s been one of the most full on and intense years of my life. It’s seen me curate a show of incredible cakes and briefly be a Masonic mistress, but mostly I have created and photographed my own cook book, Dinner At Mine and blogged my heart out.
This week was the culmination of the year so far, and a celebration of the book launching out into the world. The dust is just starting to settle briefly and I’m getting my head round all the madness.
A London double decker bus, (think more Grange Hill than Route Master.) picked up guests from two stops in central London and brought them here giggling to the studio for cocktails and a Cook-in. On board refreshments were cups of prosecco and Wild Mushroom Caviar served with Spelt Soda Bread.

Passengers were encouraged to customise their cups and make paper aeroplanes from old computer paper, which were then used to decorate the ceiling of the studio……..
More snippets of info will follow, but firstly I must thank all the people below, for all their love, help and support working together to create the celebrations for the night of the launch of Dinner At Mine. It was such a brilliant night. THANK YOU!
