Polpette di Tonno with Bay Baked Tomatoes my Dinner At Mine recipe in The Independent

Another recipe from Dinner At Mine that has made it’s way out into the world in The Independent along side Maria Elia, a favourite female chef of mine…..This was part of the first ever menu I wrote for my column (Cheat’s Dinner Party)  and is the first menu in the book. It’s from my time spent teaching cookery in Sicily with the amazing Maxine Clark. These juicey little patties, flavoured and mixed with Pecorino, currants, lemon zest and pinenuts,  makes a little fish go a long way.
