Apart from lots of gorgeous home-made things to buy, I’m now also taking bookings for cookery lessons throughout the afternoon on Saturday. We will cook a Christmassy 3 course menu together from Dinner At Mine, you then all sit down and eat it. Places are limited and a maximum of 6 people per group. £20 per person.
BOOKINGS AND TIMINGS
Since posting this it was pointed out (Thank you Suni Takahashi!) that I hadn’t thought meat free. So I’ve changed one of the menus and now a vegetarian lesson is available at the 2pm slot. It’s a combination of a silky spinach and white bean soup , (menu 26) an easy peasey, creamy oven baked lemon risotto, and then fragrant sake soaked fruit. (menu 21)
I will still make some Currant Pie (menu 25) and serve with fine shavings of Tete de Moine on Saturday…..
