My Fondue recipe in The Sunday Times Style magazine today……..

If you get a chance then grab yourself a copy of Style magazine today as my Fondue recipe is in this Ski issue.

As a young 21 year old I worked as head chef in Les Fontaines Blanches, a local restaurant in the village and ski resort of Morgins in Switzerland. I cooked fondues and Raclettes all day everyday and this was the recipe I used.
